City of Chandler Planning & Zoning Commission 811 Hwy. 31 East CHANDLER, TEXAS 75758 The City of Chandler Planning & Zoning Commission met for a special scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Chandler City Hall. Chairman Bob Peyton opened the meeting at 5:30p.m. The invocation was given by Rick Ford. Members Present: Bob Peyton, Chairman Rick Ford Tommy Speake Felix Exelbierd Absent: Thomas Gros AGENDA CHANGE: Change wording on Item 1 from Special Use Permit to Specific Use Permit. Item 1. Rick Ford made a motion to approve a Specific Use Permit for 710 & 718 North Broad as requested by Bobby and Mary Lankford for the purpose of building Town Homes. Tommy Speake seconded the motion.
