1. February 1, 2018 Action Minutes [18-0366]
A motion was made by Murphy, seconded by Schuler, that the Minutes for the
February 1, 2018 Board of Adjustment be approved. The motion carried by a
unanimous vote.

Discussion of BOA Board Structure [18-0497]
A motion was made by Lyons, seconded by Fox, that this item be deferred to a
future Board of Adjustment meeting. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
New Business
2. Resource Conservation District Variance: 104 Boxwood Place [18-0364]
(Project #18-027)
A motion was made by Parrish, seconded by Lyons, that the Public Hearing
be closed for the 104 Boxwood RCD Variance. The motion carried by a
unanimous vote.
Aye: 10 - Chair Bartow, Vice-Chair Godfrey, Bakst, Bass, Bungard, Fox,
Lyons, Murphy, Parrish, and Schuler
Resolution B to deny the requested Resource Conservation District Variance
was approved, Motion was carried by 8 YES and 2 NO votes.
Aye: 8 - Chair Bartow, Vice-Chair Godfrey, Bakst, Bass, Bungard, Fox,
Murphy, and Parrish
Nay: 2 - Lyons, and Schuler
3. Appeal: 108 Mt Carmel Church Road (Project #18-031) [18-0367]
A motion to defer the Chapel Hill Cooperative Pre School Appeal to the June
7, 2018 Board of Adjustment meeting. The motion carried by a unanimous
vote.
4. BOA Recommendations to Council for New Board Members [18-0365]
A motion was made by Murphy, seconded by Parrish, that the 5 applicants
(James Bartow, Paul Bungard, Lawrence Daquioag, Michael Fox, Daniel
Hatley) to board seats be recommended for appointment. The motion carried
by a unanimous vote.

A motion was made by Parrish, seconded by Fox, that the meeting be adjourned
ath 11:07 p.m. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
