June 4, 2020 Meeting Minutes [20-0543] A motion was made by Hatley, seconded by Bartow, to approve the minutes. The motion carried unanimously. Old Business New Business 2. 811 Old Mill Road: After-the-Fact Dimensional Variance [20-0544] A motion was made by Bartow, seconded by Strada, to adopt Alternative Resolution A, approving the after-the-fact dimensional variance. The motion passed unanimously. 3. 940 Carmichael Street: Dimensional Variance [20-0545] A motion was made by Kathy Murphy, seconded by Hatley, to adopt Alternative Resolution A, approving the dimensional variance. The motion passed unanimously. Election of Officers A motion was made by Godfrey, seconded by Hatley, to nominate Parrish as Chair. By acclamation, Parrish was nominated as Chair. A motion was made by Hatley, seconded by Strada, to nominate Murphy as Vice-Chair. By acclamation, Murphy was nominated as Vice-Chair.
