Motion by Hatley, Seconded by Lyons, to recuse James Bartow from the item. The motion passed unanimously. Motion by Hatly, Seconded by Lyons to consolidate the items for hearing. The motion passed unanimously. Motion by Wortman, Seconded by Boucher, to adopt resolutions A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5, approving the appeal and overruling the Planning Commission decision.
