Motion by Green, Second by Grasty, to approve the Agenda as published. The

Motion by Hatley, Second by Boucher, to approve the Minutes as published.
The motion passed by unanimous vote.

2. 201 S Estes Drive - Resource Conservation District Variance [21-0149]
Motion by Kathy Murphy, amended by Green, to adopt Alternative Resolution
A, with the modification to approval condition #2 to require "That the
applicants obtain a FEMA No Rise Certification if required and provide a
supporting engineering study and documentation of structural flood opening
requirements and floodproofing design and materials." The motion passed 9
yes - 1 no

3. Board of Adjustment Priorities [21-0150]
Town Council has asked that each advisory board identify three priorities over
the next five years to help shape the outcome of the five-year budget strategy.
Town Council has asked that each advisory board identify three priorities
over the next five years to help shape the outcome of the five-year budget
strategy. Motion by Hatley, second by Wortman , to recommend to the
Town Council to explore the possibilities of virtual participation after the
pandemic and explore further options for increasing diversity on Advisory
Boards. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
Consideration of ETJ/JPA Member Seat
Motion by Wortman, second by Kathy Murphy, that Town Council recommend
Daniel Hatley for reappointment to the Orange County Board of Commissioners.
The motion passed by unanimous vote.

person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal
control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the
meeting until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
