February 3, 2022 Meeting Minutes [22-0267] A motion was made by Strada, seconded by Wortman, to approve the February 3, 2022 meeting minutes. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 2. 106 N. Roberson Street: Sign Variance [22-0268] A motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Murphy, to adopt Alternative Resolution A, a resolution to approve the variance request to allow a changeable, digital sign. A motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Murphy, to amend the motion to include two conditions: 1. That the sign shall not blink, scroll, or flash. 2. That the approval applies only to the sign purchased by the First Baptist Church in 2019. The Body asks the public to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Body and with fellow members of the public. Should any member of the Body or any member of the public fail to observe this charge at any time, the Chair will ask the offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
