December 2, 2021 Meeting Minutes [22-0073] A motion was made by Lyons, seconded by Wortman, to approve the December 2, 2021 meeting minutes. The motion carried unanimously. 2. January 20, 2022 Meeting Minutes [22-0074] A motion was made by Strada, seconded by Wortman, to approve the January 20, 2022 meeting minutes. The motion carried unanimously. Old Business New Business 3. 514 E Rosemary Street: After-the-Fact Dimensional Variance [22-0076] A motion was made by Lyons, seconded by Strada, to adopt Alternative Resolution A, a resolution to approve the variance request. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 4. Board Priorities [22-0266] A motion was made by Hatley, seconded by Strada, to amend the agenda to include a discussion on Board Priorities. The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Lyons, to adopt the priorities identified and submitted in 2021 as the current priorities of the Board, as additional work is needed on these goals.
