December 2, 2021 Meeting Minutes [22-0007] Vice Chair Godfrey had an amendment to the minutes regarding the vote for 308 Hickory Drive. The minutes will be amended and voted on at the February 3, 2022 meeting. Old Business New Business 2. 1815 Billabong Lane: Appeal of Staff Decision [22-0008] A motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Parrish, to adopt Resolution B, a resolution to deny the appeal of the staff decision. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 3. 609 Hillsborough Street: Appeal of Staff Decision [22-0009] A motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Vice-Chair Godfrey, to adopt Resolution B, a resolution to deny the appeal of the staff decision. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 8 - Chair Geoffrey Green, Vice-Chair Brian Godfrey, Thomas Grasty, Daniel Hatley, Phillip Lyons, Joseph Parrish, Andrew Strada, and Thomas Wortman Nay: 1 - Enton Hito Adjournment Next Meeting - February 3, 2022 Order of Consideration of Agenda Items: 1.
