November 4, 2021 Meeting Minutes [21-0912] A motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Vice-Chair Godfrey, to approve the November 4, 2021 meeting minutes. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business 2. Rules of Procedure Update [21-0913] A motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Hatley, to adopt the amended Rules of Procedure, as first discussed by the Board at the November 4, 2021 meeting. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. New Business 3. 308 Hickory Drive: Resource Conservation District Variance [21-0914] A variance application for this property was denied by the Board of Adjustment on February 7, 2019. The Board must determine if substantial new evidence has been presented in order to warrant a rehearing. A motion was made by Hatley, seconded by Wortman, that there was substantial new evidence in this case, and that the case would be heard anew. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. A motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Lyons, to adopt Resolution B, a resolution to deny the variance request. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6 - Thomas Grasty, Phillip Lyons, Michael Murphy, Joseph Parrish, Andrew Strada, and Thomas Wortman Nay: 3 - Chair Geoffrey Green, Vice-Chair Brian Godfrey, and Daniel Hatley 4. 207 Short Street: Floor Area Ratio and House Size Variance [21-0915] A motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Parrish, to adopt Alternative Resolution A, a resolution to approve the variance requests.
