May 5, 2022 Draft Minutes [22-0658] A motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Hatley, to approve the May 5, 2022 minutes. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Announcements Petitions New Business 2. 106 Ephesus Church Road: Dimensional Variance [22-0620] Page 1 of 3 Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes September 15, 2022 Staff Liaison McDonnell presented the case. Chris Rurkowski, TMTLA Associates, applicant, presented and answered questions. After the Board's discussion, a motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Strada, to adopt Alternative Resolution A, a resolution to approve the variance. The motion failed by the following vote: Aye: 2 - Andrew Strada, and Thomas Wortman Nay: 4 - Chair Geoffrey Green, Vice-Chair Brian Godfrey, Thomas Grasty, and Daniel Hatley A motion was made by Vice-Chair Godfrey, seconded by Hatley, to adopt Resolution B, a resolution to deny the variance. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5 - Chair Geoffrey Green, Vice-Chair Brian Godfrey, Thomas Grasty, Daniel Hatley, and Thomas Wortman Nay: 1 - Andrew Strada Adjournment Next Meeting - October 6, 2022 Order of Consideration of Agenda Items: 1.
