The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Announcements Petitions Approval of Minutes 1. Draft Minutes for October 6, 2022 [22-0815] A motion was made by Strada, seconded by Grasty, to approve the minutes of October, 2022, meeting. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. New Business 2. 1005 Pinehurst Drive: Request for a Variance from Street [22-0816] Page 1 of 3 Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes November 3, 2022 Setback Requirements Lagoo introduced the case. Joshua Thomasson, representative of the applicant, presented the case and answered questions from the Board. Following deliberation among the board, a motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Strada, to close the hearing. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. A second motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Grasty, to adopt Alternate Resolution A, a resolution to grant the dimensional variance. Chair Green summarized the Board's findings of fact.
