Kong Restaurant and Quality Inn demolition)
An overview of the Design Alternatives and project proposed was
presented.

2. Chapel Hill High School Special Use Permit [18-0173]
The Commission approved the project with 2 recommended additions to
Resolution A: 1) provide additional plantings for the western property line
adjacent to the residential area and 2) identify existing trees to be
protected that are on the applicant's Tree Servey and save trees where
possible.

Staff shared a draft list of potential administrative approvals. The
