Blue Hill Form District, Tarheel Lodging Redevelopment (Hong [18-0168] Kong Restaurant and Quality Inn demolition) An overview of the Design Alternatives and project proposed was presented. referredto the Community Design Commission due back on 4/24/2018 2. Chapel Hill High School Special Use Permit [18-0173] The Commission approved the project with 2 recommended additions to Resolution A: 1) provide additional plantings for the western property line adjacent to the residential area and 2) identify existing trees to be protected that are on the applicant's Tree Servey and save trees where possible. Draft of Administrative Approvals [18-0172] Staff shared a draft list of potential administrative approvals. The Commission requested further refining language.
