They received a presentation from the applicant and continued to their

A motion was made by Van de Velde, seconded by Dancy, that this Discussion
Item be approved. The motion carried by consensus. Commissioner Berndt
voted against the motion. She wanted to receive additional information on the
proposal for the Franklin Street facade, retention of the pass-thru, and
improvements to the back of the building.
