Approval of Agenda
Commissioner Lyons moved to amend the agenda and approve the Wendy's at
Carraway Village Final Plans review as a part of the Consent Agenda.

Commissioner Patnaik seconded the motion. The motion was approved, 4-0.
Commissioner Levitan was not present for this vote.
Announcements
October minutes will be available for review at December meeting.
No announcements or petitions by the date of agenda publication or at the
Commission meeting time.

No petitions were noted at time of agenda release.
Consent Agenda
Commissioner Lyons moved to approve the agenda as amended, Commissioner
Patnaik seconded the motion. The motion was approved, 4-0.
1. 5/3 Fifth Third Bank @ UPlace [23-0831]
This final plans review is related to minor elevation modifications that were
noted during Staff's final zoning inspection. The 2021 SUP modification gives
the CDC review authority for this application.
2. Wendy's @ Scarlett Drive [23-0833]
Final plan, elevation review based on minor building modifications noted in the
project narrative. Potential motions are approval, approval w/ conditions or
deferral to address commission comments.
3. Wendy's @ Carraway Village [23-0832]
Final plan, elevation review has been updated by applicant to address
commission comments from the October meeting. Actions including approval,
approval w/ conditions or deferral.
Adjournment
December meeting date on December 12th at 5pm.
Commissioner Patnaik moved to close the meeting, Commissioner Levitan
seconded. The motion carried unanimously.

Public Charge: The Advisory Body pledges its respect to the public. The
Body asks the public to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous
manner, both with the Body and with fellow members of the public.
Should any member of the Body or any member of the public fail to
observe this charge at any time, the Chair will ask the offending
person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal
control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the
meeting until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
