Approval of Agenda
A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Webber, seconded again by Rummel,
that the agenda be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.

A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Ryan, that the minutes be
approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
Old Business
2. Proposed Amendments to Section 3.11 of the Land Use [19-0473]
Management Ordinance
A motion was made by Rummel, seconded by Bench, to recommend that the
Town no longer exempt the Blue Hill District from the Inclusionary Zoning

Ordinance. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
A motion was made by Ryan, seconded by Everhart, that the Resolution of
Consistency be recommended for approval. The motion carried by a
unanimous vote.
A motion was made by Ryan, seconded by Webber, that Ordinance A be
recommended for approval. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6 - Ryan, Chair Rees, Everhart, Vice-Chair Rivers, Rummel, and
Webber
Nay: 1 - Bench
Adjournment
