Approval of Agenda
A motion was made by McCullough, seconded by Bench, that the agenda be
approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
Announcements
Chair Rees announced that this was Katherine Robert's last meeting, and the
Planning Commission recognized her contributions and wishes her the best in her
future endeavors.
Bench mentioned the Tree Replacement Program to replace old, dangerous trees in
Town, and solicited input from the community and Planning Commission. The goal
is 200 trees replaced for the Town.

Approval of Minutes
1. Planning Commission Action Minutes for May 21, 2019 [19-0563]
A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Ryan, that the minutes be
approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.

Ryan requested that recommendations from the Commission be included in
minutes moving forward.

2. Charting Our Future Project Update [19-0564]
Ryan recommended formation of a subcommittee for future review of the
Guiding Statements. Verbal confirmation was heard from a majority of
members.
3. 116 Meadowbrook Drive Minor Subdivision [19-0565]
A motion was made by Rummel to approve the Resolution. A friendly
amendment was made by McCullough to remove Stipulation #10 from the
Resolution and approve as amended, seconded by Bench. The motion
carried by a unanimous vote.
4. UNC Healthcare Eastowne Negotiation Framework [19-0566]
The Commission recevied an update regarding the Eastowne Development
Agreement and provided comments to staff. Additional comments will be
provided via email.
5. Appointment of Representative for North-South Bus Rapid [19-0567]
Transit Policy Committee
A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Webber, that McCullough
continue serving on the Policy Committee with Chair Rees acting as backup.
Cancellation of July Meetings
A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Ryan, that the Planning Commission
meetings for July 2019 be cancelled. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
Adjournment
McCullough moved and Bench seconded that the meeting be adjourned.
