Updates from Advisory Board Champions [20-0118] This time provides an opportunity for Advisory Board Champions to relay updates from their latest meetings, as needed. Page 1 of 3 Planning Commission Action Minutes April 7, 2020 McCullough shared updates from the Environmental Stewardship Advisory Board regarding the Eastowne redevelopment and the Climate Action Plan. Vice-Chair Rivers asked about nominating a Community Design Commission champion for the Planning Commission, which Chair Rees requested be added to the next agenda. Petitions Approval of Minutes 2. Action Minutes from February 18, 2020 [20-0231] A motion was made by Bench, seconded by McCullough, that the minutes be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 3. Weavers Grove Conditional Zoning and Land Use Plan [20-0232] Amendment Application Item was postponed until the April 21, 2020 Planning Commission meeting. 4. Application for Amendments to Land Use Management [20-0233] Ordinance Section 3.7 and Appendix A A motion was made by Rummel to recommend that the Council approve Ordinance A, with an amendment to encourage Town Council to consider expanding the changes to include other zoning districts currently zoned for commercial or retail uses. McCullough moved to recommend approval of Ordinance A with Rummel’s amendment, seconded by Webber. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
