1. 811 Woodland Minor Subdivision [22-0001]
The Commission voted to approve Resolution A with the revised
stipulation 8 that the applicant will provide payment-in-lieu.
A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Whitlow, that this Discussion Item
be approved. The motion passed by the following vote:
Aye: 7 - Chair Michael Everhart, Vice-Chair James Baxter, Neal
Bench, Elizabeth Losos, Jonathan Mitchell, John Rees, and
Stephen Whitlow
Nay: 1 - Louie Rivers

person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal
control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the
meeting until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
