A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Whitlow, that this Discussion Item be approved. The motion passed by the following vote: Aye: 7 - Chair Michael Everhart, Vice-Chair James Baxter, Neal Bench, Elizabeth Losos, Jonathan Mitchell, John Rees, and Stephen Whitlow Nay: 1 - Louie Rivers Adjournment Next Meeting - January 18 Order of Consideration of Agenda Items: 1.
