The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Announcements Board Champions provided updates from other Advisory Board meetings Petitions February 15, 2022 and March 1, 2022 Action Minutes [22-0207] A motion was made by Rees, seconded by Losos, that both sets of minutes be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 1. LUMO Text Amendment: Transportation Improvement Payment [22-0205] In Lieu A motion was made by Mitchell, seconded by Bench, that the Resolution of Consistency be recommended for approval. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. A motion was made by Mitchell, seconded by Rees, that the Ordinance A, as amended, be recommended for approval. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 2. Gattis Court - 307 N Roberson - Conditional Zoning [22-0206] A motion was made by Rees, seconded by Rivers, that Resolution of Consistency be recommended for approval. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Rees, that the Ordinance A of the Conditional Zoning be recommended for approval. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 3. LUMO Rewrite Update [22-0165] Staff and Commission discussed the LUMO rewrite update methods.
