March 15, 2022 Action Minutes [22-0239] A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Rees, that this Minutes be approved as amended. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 2. Planning Commission Application Review [22-0269] Commission interviewed the applicant and discussed the recruitment process. 3. Presentation: Long Range Water Supply Update by Ruth Rouse [22-0240] from OWASA Commission posed questions to Ruth Rouse after the presentation 101 E Rosemary St Conditional Zoning [22-0241] A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Losos, that the Resolution A of the Conditional Zoning be recommended for approval. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. The Commission made their recommendation to include one condition upon the applicant and several special considerations for Town Council: Condition upon the applicant: - Provide sidewalks with at least an 8' clear zone on both street frontages Special Considerations for Town Council: - Let the parking be market-driven by allowing the applicant to determine the number of parking spaces they wish to reserve in the new Town-owned parking deck - Install permanent bicycle lanes on Rosemary Street - Consider swapping the commercial space with the lobby and service areas in the floor plan, to further activate the corner Page 2 of 3 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes April 5, 2022 A motion was made by Mitchell, seconded by Bench, that the Ordinance A be recommended for approval. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 5. LUMO Rewrite Update [22-0242] Adjournment Next Meeting - DATE Order of Consideration of Agenda Items: 1. Staff Presentation 2. Applicant’s Presentation 3. Should any member of the Body or any member of the public fail to observe this charge at any time, the Chair will ask the offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
