The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4 - Vice-Chair James Baxter, Jonathan Mitchell, John Rees, and Louie Rivers Nay: 3 - Chair Michael Everhart, Neal Bench, and Elizabeth Losos Announcements Petitions Approval of Minutes 1. April 5, 2022 Action Minutes [22-0315] A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Rees, that this Minutes be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 2. 1800 Fordham Boulevard Special Use Permit [22-0311] Discussion item was removed 3. 500 W. Rosemary Street Site Plan Review [22-0312] A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Rivers, that this Report be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 4. Candidate Interview for Planning Commission Membership: [22-0313] Chuck Mills 5. Recommendations to Council for Planning Commission [22-0314] Membership The Commission voted to recommend two applicants to Town Council: Chuck Mills Robert Beasley A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Losos, that this Discussion Item Page 2 of 3 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes April 19, 2022 be recommended for approval.
