The motion passed without objection. Announcements Petitions Approval of Minutes 1. November 1, 2022 Meeting Minutes [22-0846] A motion was made by John Rees, seconded by Wesley Mcmahon, that the Council approve the November 1st, 2022 meeting minutes. The minutes were approved 6-0. Old Business New Business 2. Planning Commission Applications and Interviews [22-0847] A motion was made by Wesley McMahon, seconded by Stephen Whitlow to make a recommendation that Town Council appoint Theodore Nollert and Erik Valera to Planning Commission. Motion was withdrawn. John Rees volunteered to forward previous interviews to the Planning Commission. A ranked choice vote on candidates for Planning Commission will be placed on the December 6th, 2022 Planning Commission meeting agenda. 3. Preview of late 2022/early 2023 PC Applications [22-0870] A presentation was made by Jacob Hunt regarding projects that may come before the Planning Commission over the coming months. 4. Planning Commission Short Term Goals Discussion [22-0871] A motion was made be John Rees, seconded by Wes McMahon, to establish a Parking Subcommittee comprised of John Rees, Jonathan Mitchell, and Elizabeth Losos. The motion passed 6-0. A second motion was made by John Rees, seconded by Elizabeth Losos, to establish a Green Energy Subcommittee comprised of Elizabeth Losos. The motion passed 6-0.
