Announcements Petitions Approval of Minutes 1. Meeting Minutes February 17, 2023 [23-0138] A motion made by John Reese to approve the February 7, 2023 Meeting Minutes was carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 2. Draft Planning Commission Parking Policy [23-0139] A motion was made by Wes McMahon, seconded by John Rees, for the Planning Commission Parking Subcommittee to engage with the Transit and Connectivity Advisory Board regarding the Planning Commission's Parking Policy draft. Coordination may also include the Community Design Commission as appropriate. The motion passed 6-0. 3. Response to Council's request for budget priorities [23-0140] The Planning Commission discussed what input they should provide on Council's budget priorities request. 4. Housing Unit Sizes: Should the Town Establish Guidelines for [23-0141] New Development?" A motion was made by Elizabeth Losos, seconded by John Rees, to authorize a Planning Commission Subcommittee of residential unit size regulations. The motion passed 6-0.
