October 17, 2023 Meeting Minutes [23-0781] Planning Commission is asked to review and approve the minutes of the October 17, 202, meeting. Jon Mitchell made a motion, seconded by Strother Murray-Ndinga, to approve the October 17th, 2023 Meeting Minutes. The motion was carried by an 7-0 vote Old Business New Business Reports 2. LUMO Text Amendment: Planning Systems Implementation [23-0782] Planning Commission is asked to review this Conditional Zoning Application and provide a recommendation regarding approval of the application and its consistency with the Comprehensive Plan to the Town Council. Strother Murray-Ndinga moved, and Jon Mitchell seconded, a recommendation that the Council approve the Planning Systems LUMO text amendment, with an amendment to include Planning Commission in all Concept Plan reviews, and find it consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.
