November 8, 2023 Meetings Minutes [23-0848] Jon Mitchell made a motion, seconded by Strother Murray-Ndinga, to approve the November 8th, 2023 Meeting Minutes. The motion was carried by an 8-0 vote Old Business New Business 2. Planning Commission policy development. To included unit [23-0849] sizes, affordability, and configurations of units. To included unit sizes, affordability, and configurations of units. Policy discussion Unit size and distribution • PC agreed to form a subcommittee. • Volunteers: Mitchell and Losos Updates to the PC Complete Community Matrix • Mitchell, McMahon, and Losos agreed to work on revisions to the PC Matrix Adjournment Next Meeting - January 16th, 2024 Order of Consideration of Agenda Items: 1.
