The motion passed 7-0. Old Business New Business 2. 104 Grant Street Site Plan Review [24-0566] Attachments: Staff Memo Project Fact Sheet Application Materials Resolution A Resolution B Geoff Green motioned, seconded by Wes McMahon , to approve Resolution A. Approving the Site Plan for 104 Grant Street. The motion passed 7-0. 3. 1701 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Concept Plan [24-0567] Attachments: CP-24-10 Staff Report Application and Narrative Concept Plan Draft Affordable Housing Commitment Letter The Planning Commission reviewed the 1701 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Concept Plan and provided comments to the applicant. 4. Is the LUMO consistent with transit-oriented development and [24-0545] greenway connectivity? Blue Hill Write-up Discussion [24-0547] Attachments: Blue Hill_ takeaways from PC_CDC meeting (Oct 2024) Jonathan Mitchell motioned, seconded by Strother Murray-Ndinga ,to have the Chair transmit the write up of the Planning Commission's discussion of Blue Hill design and process to the Town Council.. The motion passed 7-0. Reports Adjournment Next Meeting - December 17th, 2024 Order of Consideration of Agenda Items: 1. Staff Presentation 2. Applicant’s Presentation 3. Public Comment 4. Board Discussion 5. Motion 6. Restatement of Motion by Chair 7. Vote 8. Announcement of Vote by Chair Public Charge: The Advisory Body pledges its respect to the public. The Body asks the public to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Body and with fellow members of the public. Should any member of the Body or any member of the public fail to observe this charge at any time, the Chair will ask the offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
