Meeting Opening 1.1 Call to Order Chairperson Kirsten Chiaro called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order at 6:06 p.m. 1.2 Roll Call Present: Village Trustee Kristen Chiaro; Village Trustee Carl Try; Village; Village Trustee Meredith Ferguson; Village Trustee John Fletcher and Village President Dave Kimsey. Absent: Village Trustee Tim Nice and Village Trustee Brett Gerger Others Present: Village Manager Pat McCarthy; Police Chief Vern Foli, Village Attorney Andrew Jarmer; Village Emergency Manager Trent Thompson 1.3 Public Comments on Agenda Topics There were no Public Comments on Agenda topics at this meeting. 2. Consent Agenda 2.1 Approve Minutes of Previous Committee of the Whole November 10, 2025 A motion was made by Trustee Ferguson to bring the Consent Agenda to the table for discussion. This motion was seconded by Trustee Fletcher. By an affirmative voice vote of the members present, the motion passed, and the Consent Agenda was approved. 3. Old Business There was no Old Business discussed at this meeting 4. New Business 4.1 CMT Engineering Updates There was no update at this meeting. 4.2 Village Manager Update Village Manager McCarthy provided the following updates: -Village Manger McCarthy gave praise to the Village Staff that cleaned the roads during the recent snow storms. -Village Manger McCarthy also noted the Kayla Piehl, Chief Budget Officer and Treasurer is back at work following maternity leave. 4.3 Public Property & Recreation Committee Discussion -There has been no meeting since the November 3, 2025, meeting therefore, no update. 4.4 Public Comments Village Business There were no Public Comments on Village Business. 5.
