Meeting Opening 1.1 Call to Order Chairperson Kirsten Chiaro called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. 1.2 Roll Call Present: Village Trustee Kristen Chiaro; Village Trustee Carl Try; Village; Village Trustee Meredith Ferguson; Village Trustee Brett Gerger; Village Trustee John Fletcher and Village President Dave Kimsey. Absent: Village Trustee Tim Nice Others Present: Village Manager Pat McCarthy; Police Chief Vern Foli, Village Attorney Lisa Petrilli; and Village Clerk Dan Holden 1.3 Public Comments on Agenda Topics There were no Public Comments on Agenda topics at this meeting. 2. Consent Agenda 2.1 Approve Minutes of Previous Committee of the Whole October 14, 2025 A motion was made by Trustee Fletcher to bring the Consent Agenda to the table for discussion. This motion was seconded by Trustee Try. By an affirmative voice vote of the members present, the motion passed, and the Consent Agenda was approved. 3. Old Business There was no Old Business discussed at this meeting 4. New Business 4.1 CMT Engineering Updates There was no update at this meeting. 4.2 Village Manager Update Village Manager McCarthy provided the following updates: -Village staff will have a meeting with FGM Architects on 11/11/25 to discuss Village Hall building project. Working with CORE, the project management team, the plan would be that initial bids would go out in December. -Village crews are busy filling potholes around town. -There was a small water main break by the Intermediate School. Village crews handled and repaired. -The village got a notice from the Operators Union that they would like to discuss bringing back the Village Parks and Recreation team members into the union. 4.3 Public Property & Recreation Committee Discussion -There was a meeting on November 3, 2025 and the following topics were discussed: -there was work completed at South Park at the football fields. The Crows Nest was removed between the football fields -Also, there has been work on the drainage issues between the football fields Page 3 of 4 4.4 Public Comments Village Business Trustee Ferguson provided high praise and compliments to the Chatham Police Department for the recent Trunk or Treat event. There was a lot of additional praise for this great event. 5. Adjournment 7.1 A motion was made by Trustee Try to adjourn the Committee of the Whole Meeting. This motion was seconded by Trustee Gerger.
