Call to Order Chairperson Jason Jones called the Planning Commission meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. 1. Roll Call Present: Dave Johnson; Jane Hay; Jon Sturgeon; Mark Bingamon; John Moore; Jason Jones and Dan Lewis Absent: Richard Funderburg and Joe Bolletta Others Present: Village Code Enforcer Casey Erickson; Village Engineer Jim Michael and Village Clerk Dan Holden 2. Public Comments There were no public comments at this meeting. B. Consent Agenda 1. Approve Minutes from the Planning Commission Meeting on Thursday November 21, 2024 A motion was made by Dave Johnson to bring the Consent Agenda to the table for discussion. This motion was seconded by John Moore. By an affirmative voice vote of the members present, the motion passed. C. Old Business There was no Old Business that was discussed at this meeting. D. New Business Jim Michael and Casey Erickson provided an overview of the Final Platt for Hannah’s Point Subdivision. The plat in question is east of the Presbyterian Church and just north of Walnut Street. There are 4 lots. Lot 1-3 will be R-1; Lot 4 will be R-2 and adjacent to a duplex. A motion was made by Dave Johnson to approve the Final Plat for Hannah’s Point. This motion was seconded by Dan Lewis. By a 6-0-0-2 vote of the members, the motion passed. The vote was as follows: Joe Bolletta – absent; Dave Johnson – yes; Jason Jones – yes; Jane Hay – yes; John Moore yes; Jon Sturgeon – yes; Richard Funderburg – absent; Dan Lewis – yes. E. Next Scheduled Meeting 1. Planning Commission 6:00 PM Municipal Hall June 19, 2025 F. Closed Session There was no need for Closed Session during this meeting. G. Closing 1.
