A resolution authorizing the Chief Human Resources Officer to renew an existing agreement with ComPsych Corporation to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to eligible City employees at the rate of $1.15 per employee per month for non-sworn employees and $1.49 per employee per month for sworn employees for the second of two (2) optional renewal terms beginning April 1, 2020, for an approximate annual cost of $40,000.00.
