A resolution authorizing the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to enter into a blanket agreement with Hendrick’s Commercial Properties, LLC, in response to the transfer of ownership of the Edney Innovation Building, from DEW Edney, LLC to Hendrick’s Commercial Properties, LLC, beginning January 24, 2020 and valid through November 30, 2021, mirroring the City’s previous agreement with DEW Edney, LLC, with an annual spend limit not to exceed $170,000.00 per contract year.
