approve Change Order No. 2 with the Tennessee Department of Transportation
(TDOT) for Contract No. T-15-032-101, S.ChickamaugaGreenway–Youngstown,
for extended Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) by Arcadis U.S., Inc.,
for an increase of $192,170.22, for a revised total contract amount of$434,521.05.

award Contract No. F-23-005-201, Fire Training Tower Construction, to J. Reed
