supply equipment and other minor items, in the amount of $84,852.57, with anew
contingency in the amount of $10,000.00, for a total amount of $1,469,852.57.

c. A resolution to provide Head Start/Early HeadStartservicestoonehundredfifteen
(115) children through collaborations with local childcare providers using funds
providedbytheHeadStart/EarlyHeadStartgrant,includingthefollowingchildcare
providers: (1) Newton Child Development Center; (2) Children’s Academy; (3)
PurposePointLearningAcademy;and(4)ChamblissCenterforchildren. TheHead
Startclassroomswillserveseventy-five(75),three(3)andfour(4)yearoldchildren,
for an amount not to exceed $305,176.20. The Early Head Start classrooms will
serveforty(40)infantandtoddlerchildren,foranamountnottoexceed$354,075.60,
for a total amount not to exceed $659,251.80.

d. A resolution to provide Head Start/Early Head Start services to seventy-two (72)
children through collaborations with local childcare providers using fundsprovided
by the Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership Grant, including the following
childcare providers: (1) Newton Child Development Center; (2) Chambliss Center
for Children; and (3) Maurice Kirby Day Care Center. The Early Head Start
classroomswillserveseventy-two(72),three(3)andfour(4)yearoldchildren,foran

agreements and all new work authorizations on existing agreements.
