used for permanent supportive housing and supportive services to chronically
homeless residents, for an amount not to exceed $444,466.00.
c. A resolution authorizing the Administrator for the Department of Economic

fromtheUnitedStatesDepartmentofHousingandUrbanDevelopment(HUD)tobe
used for rapid re-housing and supportive services to homeless residents, for an

Department, and if awarded, accept a Tennessee Highway Safety Office (THSO)

into a Subrecipient Agreement with ArtsBuild through the grant period, for an

e. A resolution authorizing the Mayor or his designee to apply for, and if awarded,
accept FY24 COPS Technology and Equipment Program funds for technology and
efficiencyupgradeswhichwillbeusedtoupdateolderequipment,technologies,and
interoperable communication to assist in responding to and preventing crime,
appropriated through the FY24 Federal Community Project funding requested by
House Representative Chuck Fleischmann, for a period of two (2) years beginning
March 9, 2024, and ending March 31, 2026, for an amount not to exceed
$850,000.00.

renew Contract No. S-21-009-101 with CTI Engineers, Inc. for landfill deficiency
