Cheraw Board of Architectural Review Minutes Friday, February 6, 2026 at 5:30 pm 1. Call to Order Minutes: Susan Robertson, Van Pate (via phone), and Corina Esaw (via phone) from the BAR were present. Sophia Turner from PDRCOG was present. Others present: Brian Rogers. 2. Approval of Minutes of the January 2026 BAR Meeting Minutes: Corina made a motion to approve the minutes of the January 2026 meeting. Van provided the seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. 3. New Business a. 515 Third Street - Window Replacement Minutes: Sophia presented the information regarding the request for window replacement. After discussion, Susan motioned to recommend having the existing windows restored if they are original to the home and the applicant is able to do so. Corina provided the second, the motion passed unanimously. Van motioned to recommend replacing the existing windows, if they cannot be restored, with 2 over 2 windows with grid to be consistent with the surrounding historical homes. Susan provided the second, the motion passed unanimously. 4. Public Comments Minutes: No public comments. 5. Adjourn Minutes: Van made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
