Cheraw Board of Architectural Review Minutes Monday, March 2, 2026 at 5:30 pm 1. Call to Order Minutes: Members Present: Van Pate, Tonya Michaels, Via Phone: Corina Esaw and Susan Robertson Others Present: Vance Harrington, Sophia Turner, Madison Scott and Patti Norris 2. Approval of Minutes of the February 2026 BAR meeting. Minutes: Van made a motion to approve the February minutes. Corina seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. 3. New Business a. 515 Kershaw Street-Demolition Applicant seeks to demolish the house. Minutes: Background information on the property was presented by Sophia Turner. The property owner was present and offered additional information and provided potential site plans. Tonya made a motion to approve the demolition request. Corina seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. 4. Public Comments Minutes: None. 5. Adjourn Minutes: Van made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
