Call to Order Minutes: Meeting called to order at 5:33pm Members Present: Susan Robertson, Tonya Michael, Van Pate (phone), Corina Esaw (phone). Others Present: Sophia Turner 2. Approval of Minutes from May 4, 2026 Board of Architectural Review Meeting. Minutes: Tonya made a motion to approve May minutes. Van seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. 3. New Business a. 400 Kershaw Street Minutes: Van made a motion to approve the carport installation. Susan seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. b. 405 Kershaw Street Minutes: Susan made a motion to approve the awning installation and concrete pad. Tonya seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. 4. Discussion Minutes: No discussion. 5. Public Comments Minutes: No public comments. 6.
