Cheraw Board of Architectural Review Minutes Monday, May 4, 2026 at 5:30 pm 1. Call to Order Minutes: Members Present: Susan Robertson, Tonya Michael, Van Pate (phone), Corina Esaw (phone). Others present: Sophia Turner and Hayes Mclendon 2. Approval of Minutes from April 9, 2026 Board of Architectural Review Meeting. Minutes: Susan Robertson made a motion to approve the April minutes. Corina Esaw seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. 3. New Business a. 111 Market St Review Sign Permit Minutes: Van Pate made a motion to approve the sign permit. Susan Robertson seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. b. 400 Kershaw St Review plans for sidewalk and parking pad. Minutes: The property owner, Ms. Batista was present to answer any questions regarding the dimensions of the parking pad. Tonya Michael made a motion to approve the application. Van Pate seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. 4. Discussion Minutes: No discussion. 5. Public Comments Minutes: No public comments. 6. Adjourn Minutes: Susan Robertson made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Tonya Michael seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously.
