Chair J. Maguire called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. REGULAR AGENDA 1207 Ohio Street (PLN-CAPP-2024-115) Original Request  After-the-fact replacement of standing seam mental roof with 5V crimp 26-gauge metal roof, in silver.  Motion to approve the application as presented made by F. Lilley and seconded by J. Maguire, with all members present voting for (3-0). PUBLIC INPUT None LEGAL GUIDANCE None ADJOURNMENT Motion to adjourn the meeting made by D. Walski and seconded by J.
