The Wellington Educational Initiative Public Hearing –Final Site Plan and Subdivision approval The applicant is proposing 2 schools along Red Schoolhouse Road on 23.8 acres. One school would be a girl’s elementary school grades Pre-K thru 8-day school with up to 1,000 students. The other school would be a boys’ residential secondary school and dormitories which will house boys of high school and college age with up to 328 students.
