Rudolf Steiner Fellowship Foundation –Public Hearing An ARB application to consider the architectural design and materials for the proposed construction of a replacement building to rebuild after a fire to one of the original buildings. The new building will remain as two stories and will have 10 independent apartments, 2 staff apartments, a visitors’ center, and a weavery. Congregation Dexter Park—Public Hearing An ARB application to consider the architectural design and materials for the proposed new construction of a Neighborhood House of Worship to include a large synagogue on the first floor, a large mezzanine on the second floor and a large ballroom in the basement. The shul will seat approximately 200 people and there will be 39 parking spaces. Tax Map Designation: Section: 63.18 Block: 2 Lot: 26 Zoning District: R-25 4. 7 Madeline Terrace—Public Hearing An ARB application to consider the architectural design and materials for the proposed new addition to an existing single-family residence. The addition will include a study, and two bedrooms in the basement and a new dining room and den on the first floor. The existing house is 2,295 sq. feet, the proposed addition is 1,942 square feet bringing the total square footage to 4,237 square feet. Tax Map Designation: Section: 62.08 Block: 1 Lot 10 5. Wellington Educational Initiative –Public Hearing An ARB application to consider the architectural design and materials for 2 proposed schools along Red Schoolhouse Road on 23.8 acres. One school would be a girl’s elementary school grades Pre-K thru 8-day school with up to 1,000 students. The other school would be a boys’ residential secondary school and dormitories which will house boys of high school and college age with up to 328 students.
