T-Mobile Wireless Telecommunications Facility -221 Saddle River Road – Continuation of Public Hearing Applicant is seeking Site plan approval for a proposed wireless telecommunication facility at the rear of the American Legion property at 221 Saddle River Road. Congregation Dexter Park-Public Hearing-Neighborhood House of Worship Final Site Plan and Conditional Use approval Applicant is seeking approval for a Neighborhood House of Worship that would include the construction of a new synagogue. The existing dwelling will be removed as part of the project and would include 39 accessory parking spaces. Tax Map Designation: Section: 63.18 Block: 2 Lot: 26 Zoning District: R-25 3. The Wellington Educational Initiative Public Hearing –Final Site Plan and Subdivision approval The applicant is proposing 2 schools along Red Schoolhouse Road on 23.8 acres. One school would be a girl’s elementary school grades Pre-K thru 8-day school with up to 1,000 students. The other school would be a boys’ residential secondary school and dormitories which will house boys of high school and college age with up to 328 students.
