Tax Map Designation: Section: 56.20 Block: 1 Lot: 26 Zone: R-25 3. 664 Chestnut Ridge Road (Informal discussion) The applicant is proposing an expansion to include the construction of a 3-story addition on the northerly side of the existing structure. The third-floor addition would overhang the driveway & parking lot in the rear of the building. as part of the project, the parking lot would be reconfigured and expanded to provide a total of 56 parking spaces on the site.
