CDRC August 9, 2022 AGENDA 1. 10:00 am—2, 3 & 5 Alpine Court (Informal discussion) The applicant currently owns two warehouse buildings and is proposing combing the lots as well as building an addition and adding parking. Additions are being proposed along the façade facing Route 45 as well as between the two buildings to combine them into a bigger building. A driveway and a new parking lot are being proposed in the rear of the property. Variances are also being sought for the minimum front yard, minimum side yard, minimum rear set back and parking in the front, rear and side yards.
