One lot includes an existing structure that is being used as an office and the other lot includes a single-family dwelling. A new parking lot is also being proposed to be constructed to the east of the existing structure where the single-family home was removed. Fox Development – Continuation of Public hearing for Field change request to Final Site Plan approval The applicant is requesting a field change to the final site plan to address changes in the grading, exterior building elevations, landscaping and fencing, and the installation of louvers on the east side of the property.
