PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY & UTILITIES – Brad Yaksich, Chair: • Allegheny Valley Volunteer Fire Company update  • Workers Compensation Insurance update • Fire truck sale update PUBLIC WORKS – Michael Girardi, Chair: • Motion to appoint Codi Newcamp to be Public Works Winter Road Maintenance Laborer (Season), as needed, effective November 14, 2022 for 20 weeks at a rate of $37.00/hour for winter road maintenance worked outside of normal work hours, said pay to be non-cumulative with, and not in addition to, his rate as a Public Works Part-Time Laborer 1. • Motion to hire Samuel Thurber as a seasonal winter maintenance employee when needed effective November 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023 at a rate of $30.00/hour conditional on successfully passing a physical and background check. • Motion to approve a transfer of $2,500 from account 436.610 Storm Sewers to account 430.373 Maintenance & Repair- Building so that repairs can be made to the Public Works garage heating system in the amount of $2,473.00 RECREATION & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT – Shawna Ecker, Chair • Motion to approve repairs to the gazebo in Memorial Park in the amount of $3,960.00 to Handy Andy Clark LLC (Andrew Clark).
