FACILITIES – Vacant, Chair  GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION – Frank Meledandri, Chair • Motion to appoint Tricia Levander, Owner of Municipal Financial Services, and enter into an agreement for professional services for Bookkeeping and Accounting consulting for the Cheswick Borough effective immediately at a monthly rate of $1,500. • Motion for Treasurer, Lorraine Zebrine to assist Municipal Financial Services with all municipal bookkeeping and accounting procedures at a rate of $34 per hour. • Motion to ratify the emergency office help of Kathi Pater in the office from May 12, 2024 -June 11, 2024 • Motion to authorize the Borough Secretary to call in Kathi Pater as needed during peak/busy times at a rate of $15 per hour not to exceed 20 hours per week without prior authorization from the Office Chair or Council President.
