OFFICE: • Motion to approve Resolution No. 2024-6, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) effective June 12, 2024, to promote Jaime Varshine as Borough Secretary at a rate of $32 / hr., full medical benefits for employee, 3% pension plan, two week’s vacation and the standard sick and holidays as provided to Borough Administrative employees. • Motion to appoint Jaime Varshine as the Borough’s Agency Open Records Officer. • Motion to approve the purchase of two replacement pc’s for the office and third for bookkeeping access and new router setup and installed from KM Computers LLC for a total of $2874 and $288 for antivirus software .
