CHICOPEE CITY COUNCIL HUMAN RESOURCE C OMMITTEE MEMBERS James Tillotson Gary Labrie APPROVED Stan Walczak Timothy McLellan William Zaskey MINUTES May 10, 2016 The following are the minutes of a public hearing held Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Fourth Floor, City Hall Annex, 274 Front Street, 4th floor, Chicopee, MA 01013 Present: Tillotson, Labrie, McLellan, Walczak, Zaskey Also Present: Daniel Garvey (Associate City Solicitor), Councilor Laflamme, Councilor Lamontagne, Councilor Krampits Meeting called to order at 6:00 PM In compliance with the Open Meeting Law the Chairman asked if anyone in the audience was recording the meeting. Hearing none the meeting continued. ITEM #1 Mayoral appointment of Mike Sarnelli as a member of the Planning Board to serve in such office for the term expiring on the 1st day of April 2019. Motion made by Councilor McLellan and second by Councilor Zaskey to approve. Committee vote 5 – 0 favorable. ITEM #2 Mayoral appointment of Derek Dobosz as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals to serve in such office for the term expiring on the 1st day of April, 2020. Motion made by Councilor McLellan and second by Councilor Zaskey to approve. Committee vote 5 – 0 favorable ITEM #3 Minutes – April 12, 2016 Motion made to approve. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 6:11 PM. 1
