City of Chicopee City Council Human Resources Committee Approved 6-25-2017 Members James Tillotson Gary Labrie Stan Walczak Timothy McLellan William Zaskey MINUTES December 6, 2016 The following are the minutes of a public hearing held Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 6:15 PM in the City Council Chambers, Fourth Floor, City Hall Annex, 274 Front Street, Chicopee, MA 01013. Members Present Tillotson, Labrie, Walczak, McLellan, Zaskey Also Present Dan Garvey (Associate City Solicitor), Mayor Richard Kos, Councilor Laflamme, Councilor Courchesne The meeting was called to order at 6:15 PM In compliance with the Open Meeting Law the Chairman asked if anyone in the audience was recording the meeting. Hearing none the meeting continued. ITEM #1 Mayoral appointment of Melissa St. Germain as a member of the Planning Board to serve in such office for the term expiring on the 1st of April, 2016. Ms. St. Germain was present at the meeting. Motion made by Councilor McLellan and second by Councilor Labrie to approve. Committee vote 5 – 0 favorable. ITEM #2 Minutes – November 29, 2016 Motion made to approve. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 6:19 PM. 1
